Hello
I am a leadership advisor and coach based in New York City, originally from Denmark.
I hold a degree in Law and have worked across retail, customer service, government, education, and financial services. My career includes operational leadership, stakeholder management across markets, and project oversight in regulated environments.
What consistently stands out is this: organizations function through people. When leadership is unclear, trust weakens. When trust weakens, performance declines.
My work is grounded in the belief that leadership can be learned, strengthened, and refined. But it requires discipline, reflection, and accountability.
I care about standards and I care about clarity. I care about helping organizations build environments where people are willing to do their best work.
If that aligns with your ambition, I am open to a conversation.
My Story
Throughout my career, I have worked in and with organizations where leadership had a clear impact on how people showed up each day.
I have seen teams grow under leaders who listened carefully, handled disagreement with respect, and carried responsibility with steadiness. I have also seen capable people step back when they felt unheard or reduced to a function rather than valued for their contribution.
What became clear to me over time is that performance rarely declines because people lack ability. It declines when trust erodes and when everyday leadership behavior discourages openness and initiative.
These experiences shaped how I think about leadership. It is not defined in major strategic moments alone, but in daily interactions. How leaders respond, how they listen, and how they treat people sets the tone for everything that follows.
That is why my work focuses on strengthening leadership practice at the behavioral level. I have seen what happens when leaders build trust and take responsibility for their impact. I have also seen the cost when they do not.
Leadership always leaves an imprint. I believe it should strengthen the people it depends on.
